Spears showed off her singing skills during the concert, giving the impression she may return to music in the future.

The 40-year-old chart topping artist originally emerged in 1998 with her debut track, 'Baby... One More Time'

The singer's last album, "Glory," was released in 2016. She teased her vocal skills in an Instagram video she posted on Friday.

Spears uploaded an a'cappella clip on Twitter "I haven't shared my voice in a long time, maybe too long.  "And here's me playing Baby at home," she said.

Spears, who warned fans she may never perform again after completing her conservatorship last year, said she planned to re-release old singles.

She wrote, "Well, I've asked for what I've wanted for 14 years... a different version of Baby with the producers working for me... a start..."

But as the TEAM said NO, 4 girls, including my sister, did a 5 minute version of 4 remixed songs to a T without even needing to dance... just shot it flawlessly and the sound was NEW!!!"

They embarrassed me and made me feel worthless! F***ing truth! She also dashed expectations she'd share the track after fans suggested she release her preferred version.

It said: "After 14 years of asking and telling, you say NOW? After working hard, I was locked up. Late... They wrecked it for me."
